So many people had such great results with the original P90X that they decided to make another one, with 14 new workouts that are guaranteed to get you extreme results! I had such great results with P90X, I can only imagine the results I will get with P90X2 – I am going to destroy that workout! When I get done around March, I will be sure to post my before and after pictures. In fact, be sure to check back here Jan 2 because I will be posting a P90X2 review all 90 days right here. I will be talking about each workout, what I ate, how I’m feeling, and will be doing videos and pictures.
P90X2 Results – Day 1
Ok, here my numbers on Day 1 of P90X2:
- Weight: 165
- Chest: 40″
- R. Arm: 14″
- L. Arm: 14″
- Waist: 35.5″
- Hips: 37″
- R. Thigh: 23″
- L. Thigh: 22.5″
What kind of P90X2 results am I looking for?
Well, put simply I want to get shredded! ha ha. In fact my goal is to do so well with P90X2 that I will invited to appear on the P90X2 infomercial! So how will I accomplish this?
1. Pushing play everydady
I don’t plan on skipping any workouts or making excuses. I will not find the time, I will MAKE the time to workout. Not only will I workout but I will give it 110%. Being consistent is the key and instead of focusing on the scale I will be taking pics and measuring body fat every 30 days. I will also be taking note of my energy levels, cholesterol levels and how my clothes fit. Plus its always nice to get a comment here and there on how you are looking..lol.
2. Nail the nutrition
You know what, you can’t keep eating the same old junk and expect to get results. Eating clean and working out go hand in hand. Been there done that. When I did P90X the first time I thought I could eat what I want and workout and get ripped…nope. Most of your results will come from eating right..period. Unfortunately that is the hardest part because everyone’s body is so difficult. It does take time to figure out what you can and cannot eat and how your body reacts. So I have been pouring over the P90X2 nutrition guide to make sure I get it right. For Phase 1 I am focusing on high protein, low carb, low fat, drinking my Shakeology and my P90X recovery formula. I eat every 2-3 hours and I don’t eat late at night.
So hopefully if I follow 1 and 2 my P90X2 results will be something that I can look back and say ‘it was all worth it’.
The P90X2 90 Day Challenge has started!
Starting January 2012, we will be doing a P90X2 90 Day Challenge to give you the chance to get ripped and lean. At the end of the 90 Days, everyone will submit their P90X2 results and their before and after pictures, and the winner will be declared to see who had the best results!! We will be posting the winners on this website and on the Facebook group I created for the 90 Day Challenge.
